Our Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with ZorixTV IPTV. If you experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the issue being reported
- Our technical team must have been given the opportunity to resolve the issue
- Refunds are not available for issues caused by your internet connection or device
- Free trial users are not eligible for monetary refunds
